I wrote on here a few months back as I had some issues with the heads on two of my M2 irons flying off after only a few months from buying them. TM replaced the heads on all the clubs with the new M2 head, however the 6 iron had an issue as there is a small plastic/ hard rubber strip near the toe that is meant to be flush but was protruding out of the club head. American Golf sent the club back and it came back last week and it was flush this time. However today when playing I noticed it was protruding again. So I’ve 4 separate issues in 8 months, am I within my rights to demand a refund?

I believe so, yes. I had this issue when I bought an Air Rifle years ago. It was faulty so I returned it to be repaired, I received it back and the fault was still there so I sent it back again to be fixed. I finally got it back again and it was still faulty so I demanded my money back and threatened with credit card claims etc and they refunded me. The Consumer Rights Act states you have to let them repair or replace if you are outside the 30 day window, if the repair or replacement fails you can have a refund.

See here: http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-rights-act#repair-or-replace

When you go into AG just say you want a refund now because of xyz, rather than demanding one

You always have the option to escalate the matter or issue demands etc if they disagree, but they may very well see things exactly the same way you do

Good luck
