What I never understood is why for 1 3rd party ownership was banned in premier league but loans were fine and how man United were fine to have the same agreement the next year? (no wait that was a loan.. so its fine to loan from a 3rd party but not "buy" from a 3rd party) all very muddy

The verdict also rules "the registration of Carlos Tevez could be terminated by the Premier League", but Tevez is later cleared to play in the Hammers' remaining fixtures of the 2006/07 season.
