If you follow that argument then they might as well have 48 teams in the tournament, like the football World Cup.
I thought 16 teams would give some scope for the stronger minnows to qualify and face the big guns.

Just before the over where everything changed, they showed the win estimator thingy. New Zealand were either 83% or 87% likely to win. Quite some turnaround.
Amazed Rehan Ahmed has not started before today. That lad has real potential, especially in white ball cricket.

India v Eng in Mumbai is going to be a run fest... short boundaries and a breeze that floats across the pitch. Should be even stevens... Eng on the up after early scares, while India dusts off a dip to come back..
Not going to miss Aus, i think the final 4 are the interesting one. Ind/Eng will be more tightly fought than SA/NZ.

I think he should only be in the side as a batsman at the moment, he doesn't have enough control to be bowling at the Indians. In for Salt or Buttler may have been an option, but not sure who would go behind the stumps if not Buttler.
Less than an over bowled in this game and I already have the TV on mute.
