Thanks for the advice, will have a play with the inbuilt sat nav but will probably stick to Waze (just wish you could save favourite locations in it)

If most of the chargers take contactless that will make it easier! I only do 2 or 3 long trips a year at the most anyway so should only really be charging at home.

I can, I assumed that was a standard function.

I have just checked and it does save all destinations by scrolling down and looking through them. The only destinations that can be saved are home and work.

On my old Tom Tom I could save destinations to favourites to make it easier to find them
Have you tried Android Auto? I use that and it definitely has the favourites option. I know people get to like certain systems but it may be worth looking at this as an alternative. Not being able to save to favourites would be a deal breaker for me.

I can recommend people Not buy a BMW EV. .... brilliant car but absolutly poor experience.

They did a software update and now i cant get it to run Waze on carplay (native in car GPS is fine) or support Octopus smart charging. Trying to get any customer support is pathetic to say

One of the annoyances with my car sat nav is that it stores every single address ever used with most recent first when scrolling (same with the previous cars from Peugeot) the only way to get rid of them is a system reset.

First Peugeot I had with it must have been a sales reps car judging by the amount of addresses in the system.
