Bad motorhome/caravan drivers do need to be banned for carrying on being bad drivers for sure.
When I helped my parents with their caravan many years ago, I realised that they (caravan towers) could sometimes cause congestion.
So whenever I thought that was happening, I looked for a parking place and then pulled into it for a few moments to allow the vehicles behind to get past.
Unfortunately, many don't, so everyone gets tarred with the same brush.

Just had a meeting where I had to write some notes. Holy smoke my writing is poor now when pushed. I rarely have to write more than a few words so I'm out of practice. I knew what I wanted to write, how I wanted to write it, but it really didn't look like it should have. A bit like my golf swing I suppose

I used to cheat. iPencil then hit the change to Word doc. But I agree, my writing looks like a doctor has written out a prescription.

I went to buy a new saucepan today.

Mind you worth the effort because the one I fancied the most was on clearance at half price.

Is it not basically similar to a roundabout? Give way to the road on your right, and if the person directly opposite is indicating right (across me) I would give way to them as well.

Same sort of thing with all the funky crossings and markings that councils seem to favour at the moment. Make no sense, just confuse drivers and probably have no legal standing.

Judging by the space available between the light grey tiles in the middle and the junction markings, I see no space to go around. Therefore to me it’s just a give way from every way and turn at right angles rather than try and go around anything. In the states it would be priority in sequential order. The only sign I can see is a triangle opposite which I would think is for the give way. I see no actual roundabout sign, so therefore it’s not a roundabout no matter what shape it is. I don’t know why councils make things so damn problematic when a conventional mini roundabout would suffice

Looks like the square may be raised, or made to look like it's raised, to try and slow traffic down but then a mini roundabout would do the same.....

Am honestly not trying to be pedantic and I understand what you are saying and no doubt how when being taught, the words that were used but there is no rule or law for a roundabout using the term ‘give way to the right’. If there was and cars were at every road entering the roundabout, the Highway Code would be saying nobody can proceed because everyone would have to give way to the car on their right. A Mexican stand off. The Highway Code actually says priority should be given to the right.
So technically if the person to your right does not go then you go.

No one really knows as there's nothing in the Highway Code, the local rule is that whoever gets to the give way first has right of way and you just rely on people being sensible!!
Nobody ever goes round it, you just plough straight across when you think it's your turn. The most recent argument on the local FB page is that it's actually illegal and it's another example of the local council wasting money:
3.1.4. The Schedule 9 General Direction 3 prohibits the use of Give Way road markings on all approaches to a junction, as this would cause uncertainty as to which vehicles had priority.
