Way too awkward for me. I spend all the time thinking about what mannerisms I'm doing, especially if I've personally not had to speak for a while. Can't relax. Then someone asks me something and all I've been concentrating on is what my face is doing, haven't been listening to a word that was said. Camera off, no problem.Right back at you

This seems to go down the female line on my mum's side. She has it at the moment, I have cousins, aunties who have it or have had it. It is brief with some, not with others. Not fun and also awkward to have.

Thank you , Second time in the past 4 years , I think it’s. Post / Long covid thing
Since 2021 , I have had two facial palsies , a viral infection which paralysed my side and my colon for a few weeks and viral sciatica for a couple of months I thought I had seen the beck of it as it’s been over 2 years since the sciatica.
At least this is the least debilitating of them though.
