At least I didn't leave the forum and come back as someone else which is against the forum rules.

I do occasionally have an amnesty for those on my ignore list to see if they have changed but they soon end up back on the list.

Everyone is allowed their own opinion and ideals, and whilst they may not align with yours, they are allowed them.
Perhaps not accepting that is just as bad, but again that's someones opinion.....

I don't mind when my opinions are challenged, I just get fed up when the same 2 or 3 people continuously tell me my opinion is wrong because their opinion is right.

Think what it does show is the aged old perception of golf clubs will still have those “aged” views from years gone by

We recently had to suspend a member due to him using racist language - the response “it’s my opinion and it was fine when I was growing up”
