I dont get why that is an irritation, he put up pics of his foot, it was clearly damaged and could easily have been broken, or cracked, so what do you do?
Ill tell you what you do, you do exactly what he did and go to your local A&E or hop in centre (see what I did there) or Minor Injuries unit,
Thats what they are there for, thats what they do. its not like hes going in with a runny nose is it?
He was in and out quite quickly which would not have been the case if they were stacking patients on trolleys in corridors

I lost the plot in Fort Lauderdale when I checked in a hotel at 5.45 pm. We were leaving at 10.00 am the next morning. That’s $45 bucks please Mr Tashyboy. Eh what for, tourist tax. Use of towels, don’t need any. Free car park, I don’t have a car. Two bottles of water in your room. That’s $45 per night. Robbing gits. “ have a nice day sir”. Shove it Uncle Sam. I did get it back when I returned home after a complaint to the travel company.
