I've watched the video on the BBC website several times. Hermosa is seen immediately after the kiss smiling and looking elated. Sorry if that made you feel uncomfortable at the time.
There is a real contradiction in all this which appears to have been largely ignored.
The Spanish FA are launching legal action over Hermoso’s “lies”, and yet Rubiales has apparently apologised for his behaviour. Why would he do that if what occurred on that podium was entirely consensual?
The two, on the face of it, do not appear to sit well together.

Exactly. There appears to be more to this story than the 'hang him out to dry' brigade seem to think. Wait till after the investigation before condemning anyone.
I think he has apologised for some of his actions , but not the kiss.
