We could start with Thompson and Lillee and work our way to the current age. They have been bouncing us with fast bowlers for decades, we just have not had the people to fight back with. Harmison was probably the nearest, perhaps Devon Malcolm on a good day. Neither could bowl as fast as Archer though. As you mention Cummings bounced Archer consistently.
