Random Irritations

My wife had to get a new laptop for work. She is currently cursing away as she fights to set it up. The hardest battle is fighting Microsoft's constant need to be the dominant feature of everything. Link up all devices, use our browser ..............I thought all of this was supposed to have been stopped?

Even tongue in cheek it's a bit shocking to read your post...especially from you to be honest.
Woa there...I'm not moaning about the Pope dying - in fact though I am no believer of the papal position in the world, it is very sad news as he spoke much that was to the point and much of truth to those (especially those in power) who might profess a Christian faith and Christian beliefs but act quite differently. I cannot say more on that.

My point was simply the irritation - or should I call it a  frustration and resignation - the irony that after all those years of us thinking about going to Rome, we decide to go; we choose dates (we could have chosen almost any dates, but we chose the ones we did for no real reason); we book travel and accommodation, and book guided tours. Then lo and behold out of the blue our plans are potentially thrown into major uncertainty by an extremely unlikely event.

And of course we recognise that, in the great scheme of things, any irritation or inconvenience we might suffer is negligible set against the upset of the many 100s of millions who revered him.

But on the plus side you can get to the Lazio V Palma match at Stadio Olympico…Now you want to get the No 2 Tram from outside the Flaminio metro station, it takes about 15 minutes. Or it’s a pleasant walk. Eat before you go as it’s a late finish. Enjoy. ☺️

Seeing loads of ai scam messages as On Facebook today - they are asking for investments of around £200 for ridiculous amounts of return. Please do not fall for these and please warn any family and friends if you feel they might fall for these scams.

I did some work with Lineker a few years back on the Richard Bacon 5 Live show. Pre and post-recording he was a total ahole. Minute we go live, different person. Even the producer came on to apologise after he'd hung up for what he was like. Said he was about the last person there anyone wanted to work with.

So he's even worse off camera? Holy cow!

BBC interview. I've seldom seen a man so up his own backside. Really thinks he's something. Be glad when he's off our screens.
Ive just watched the interview on BBC2. I really can't see it. He answered all the questions honestly and factually. In the grand scheme of things, why can't he have an opinion? Didn't see any arrogance or up his own backside as you put it.

I really don't understand how so many sportspeople or people in the public eye get so much needless criticism. Especially when they have no idea what the person is really like.

I wish him all the best for what he does in the future.

Do you not think his post comparing actions in Nazi Germany with our then home secretary was wrong? He has defended what he said in this interview.

Not so much of a random irritation as a random conundrum.
I'm after a 5 wood as my 3 wood is being binned, but which one?
My thoughts are Elyte, Qi35 or Ping G440.
Anyone out there currently using any of the above?

1st world problems, eh.

I picked up a g425 5 wood for a good price a year ago. No need to buy the latest model at a stupid price.
