Their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced.Virgin Media has just started digging up the housing estate where I live to install fibre.
The estate has had fibre for a few years (Jurassic Fibre, now part of Cuckoo). I have FTTP with them - £20 a month.
Given how much Virgin charge and how poor their customer service is, chances are there will be low takeup.
So Virgin is making a mess of the place for no good reason.
Sadly I have to use them as all other broadband providers are rubbish in my area.
