Rain, rain, rain!

Still just 9 for us but it has been hosing down all day so who knows what tomorrow will bring. The only certain thing is that Saturday's comp will be cancelled

Ashford been open about 5 days in total since the 6th Jan. It's so wet down in Kent even Princes have closed from yesterday until the weekend.

Day off tomorrow - one of the holes on The Medal is shut at the moment - they were doing some work on it when I was out last week, so it's a trip to the range in the morning followed by 18 holes on The Ashludie.

Rain was forecast for lunchtime but forecast has changed to a dry afternoon - looking forward to my third dry round in a week - course is in fine nick.

Not been up the club for 4 weeks due to a spot of tendonitis but I may be ok to play on Saturday. Course has, as far as I know, remained open but with temp greens on some days. Not sure if I will play at the weekend. The course will no doubt be open but it will be very muddy so I may give the hand one more week of rest and set myself up in a pub in front of the 6 Nations to celebrate the end of my dry January

Closed today as expected and with more rain forecast overnight on Friday we'll probably be closed on Saturday. Saturday and Sunday look clear so might get nine open on Sunday morning but rain is forecast every day next week at the moment so no end in sight just yet.

Long lie in and then off to the range yet again. Even Bedborough Field is suffering and not worth using!

We're still open but only 12 - considering (like yours;lef probably) we are built on sand and our drainage is good - but even our sandy ground is saturated!! This is a real pain. Haven't played since mid-December :(

Am actually starting to get some kind of rain-induced depression I think

We are open but this morning we have has sleet for the last 30 mins, Hope this isn't sticking around for the weekend

We're open today, but looking at tomorrows forecast I'm not sure the Medal on Saturday will be on. I might try and sneak away early today and get 9 in.

Yup, work all week - dark when you get home and can't even go and have a knock at the weekend without scuba gear. Not hating going to the range a few nights a week but can't wait for a couple month's time when I can run round 9 after work instead of bashing yellow pinnacles.

Well got round dry - but that's about it - i'd have been happy with the golf I played today four months ago but the latest tweak to the swing which was working fine last Friday and Sunday isn't working at the moment - one step backwards.

Course is fine apart from some worm casts - one of the groups in front of me had a buggy (not seniors) - no reason to ban them here today

The course is open, but only a couple of visitors were playing. I have had enough of the mud and sodden grass and spent an hour on the range.
