I don't track their movements. But, as professional athletes, I assume so.In a normal round of golf you are walking about 5 miles or so. The body is moving, almost continually in some form or other.
I know they do warm up at TGL - but are they going through the same process as they would at a tour event?
They probably have gym workouts every day, personal trainers, dieticians, etc. It would be a massive oversight if they then just turned up to a golf simulator, like we would, and start bashing balls whilst drinking beer and eating burgers
At any rate, players have been injured before, well before TGL. And I wouldn't be surprised if it was this early in year, for those who have had a pretty long winter break. So, without a vast amount more research to determine a pattern, I wouldn't point at TGL as the reason players are getting injured.
