Many thanks to all those that came to play, I hope the rolling Surrey counryside was not too much of a test
Seriously, I think the winner on the day was the course with and helping hand from the warm weather
I had already played a medal round off the blue tees in the morning so in the afternoon, I cheated and got a buggy - very wise move
We played off the whites, first group was Richard (richart), Steve (swinger), Chris (Murphthemog) and myself. Chris and I managed 35 pts but I pipped him on the back 9
Martin (Homer) came third with 34. I do not recall the other scores but none were a disgrace, especially as it was most peoples first visit.
It was a lot of fun, especially when some of the tales were told in the bar afterwards, I think the strokesaver needs to be consulted and all playing partners informed before blasting away
