We take the scouts karting once a year at the track in Aylesbury.

Go Karting is brilliant - the best one I have been to in the UK is Daytona in MK , really big outdoor track but the biggest is one just outside Paphos - think it’s just over a mile long track and you get some speeds up on that , excellent fun and gets all the blood pumping with the speeds

I did karting indoors in Prague when on my sons stag. I loved it and couldn't help being mega competitive. Biggest indoor track in Europe they said.

Top dog was my eldest lad. lapping at 66. summat seconds. Second was my piggin' grandson at 70. summat then me at 70. summat and then my lads wife at 73. summat. Utterly brilliant. Very well organised lot they are at Warrington. All computerized. Very impressive. The craic afterwards was soooooo funny between us all. A really bonding day !!!! Best bit? Have you got a sulky 16 y/o in your family? Seeing his smile from ear to ear after the first 15 minute run and the second run, was worth every single penny. Oh and the big hug me and wifey got from him afterwards from him said everything!!!! He didn't even join us for the curry afterwards, he was off to tell him mates about his day!!!!! He never shut up about it all the way home in the car!!!!!!!
