I carry 12 and don't see the need for any more. If I make any changes it will be a straight swap out.

I carry 14, Though I'd like to have a 3iron hybrid replacement as well as the clubs I already use. Although I'm considering going from using a 50/56/60 degree wedge set up to a 52/58 degree so i can chuck a 3iron hb in the bag so dunno know lol

Spent all winter on 12 and never really felt I needed any more. Up to 13 but I could go back to 12

I'd add a 2iron (just to be in with the cool kids) and a 64* wedge for when I need to call upon the powers of Mickleson in those 'tight lie over bunker' situations. The would give me 16 clubs.... and no, I would not feel an ounce of shame

Maybe a 4H and another wedge but I'm happy with the 14 club limit and to be honest have enough choice already
