7 years, 6 as Chairman and I did vote.

I was on the greens comittiee for 6 yrs at my old club.
That was bad enough ,golfers thinking they can say anything to you while your playing a comp.
Never again .

Not been on h/c committee - spent too much time being on, and chairing, the course committee.

7 years, 6 as Chairman and I did vote.

Two stints.....one of about 4 years from 2006-2010 the other from 2013 until now. Both at the same club.

No, but I was on the committee for 9 years as men's match organiser and Vice Captain and Captain (twice). Didn't ever fancy the handicap secretary roles.

I was always too busy working for a living, caring for loved ones and playing golf.
Now that I'm retired, I really enjoy not doing any work.
If it were a paid role, I might consider it.
