Are they part time? Minimum wage would have them more than that full time
No idea. I wasn't referring to my course.
What would minimum wage produce for a 40 hour week?

But just googled and found these

A course manager at a good club can expect around £60k, possibly more if it's a cash rich club.

Ours start at first light.
Using headlights is quite dangerous and hard to see where you have been ( cutting greens fairways etc.)

Most of the clubs we work for have 6am starts were not allowed on the courses sometimes before 7 am depending if there are houses.
We start on holes with no houses if they have them!

Paywise I havnt a clue!

BIGGA are suggesting £40k for a decent club outside the SE with about 6 staff.
£60k for a Championship course and over 10 staff.
£20k for a part trained greenkeeper.
