Handicap and former golf club

Hi all, has anyone ever had problems with there old club not releasing handicaps? I've since moved city and now play at a new club but I can't have it as my home club as my old one no matter how many times I email or ring say "we will sort it for you tomorrow" guess what? It's never been done tomorrow. Getting me so angry as I don't have much time to hand cards in to keep it active

Ask them for your CDH number, and then give it to your new club.

I have my CDH number but until my old club takes me off there system the new one can't add my CDH

Play medals at your new one and they can add your score via CDH until your old club passes details

write a letter to the golf union that regulates your old club, it will soon get sorted!

They can add you and put you in as a home player - that then will mean the other club will be forced to either put you as an away player or remove you

Your CDH is the important bit and the home club as rightly pointed out can add you. It then forces the old clubs hand as to whether they make you away or remove you. Give it to the new club and let the old club worry about it after that. Once you are marked as home at the new place get out, play well, get cut. Simple
