Yes thay are all full of sugar. This clown said you'll get a sugar crash and then says he uses "reflex the bomb" which is a pre workout formula laced with caffeine and animo acids designed to open your blood cell and increase blood flow and adrenaline production. Just what you need when playing golf ey!
I'm diabetic and used to counting carbs. Without checking, I would put money on there being more carbs in that bagel than a mars bar.
Per 100g![]()
You fool, you said %. Do you want me to do the maths for you too?
If you could![]()
This is quite comical. Glad I started the thread now!
Who'd have though the good old Mars bae would cause such a stir...
Half actually, 33g
40g of carbs per 100g in a wholemeal bagel and that's before you even add peanut butter and jam. There won't be much in it between that and the mars bar per 100g but seeing as a Mars bar is 58g and a bagel is 90g you're more likely to be taking on more carbs with the bagel. Either way, if you're trying to avoid a "sugar crash" your bagel isn't the way to go.
Still NO sugar in a kebab

Works for me, and I use the caffeine free version actually. You talk of it as though its performance enhancing drugs - do you even know what amino acids are? Clown?
I offered my opinion to somebody who asked for healthy ideas and I gave them. Hopefully you'll be at Burhill early September and I can let you try some. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it eh?
