Played my best ever round on Saturday in comp.
Broke 90 for the first time & scored 44 pts.

Forgot to sign my card .....

Guess what pts score won??? That's right - 43

It doesn't guarantee you'll never so it again.

A guy at our club has done it about 3 times that I know of, one of them in a scratch comp in Germany that he would have won comfortably

The beer calls too loudly at the end of the round.

Doh! Not much you can say really. I know some guys sign their name at the bottom at the start but I'm not happy with anyone doing so in case of any discrepancies etc. It should be a case of double checking the score, checking it is on the card, the date, time and tees used are marked and signing. 30 seconds top but too easy to forget. Good golf though
