And yet he is on the PGA board and has been asked to be involved in resolving the LIV dispute. What about his sponsors and keeping them happy
What’s that got to do with someone’s “brand”

Who cares? At their level it does not matter a jot. Rory seems popular enough to me. I hope Rory ignored Bryson because he was concentrating AND that he is a liv golfer.
Well he is clearly being marketed by the PGA as a peacemaker. He also has sponsors to keep happy and so from that perspective he and every other golfer are a brandWhat’s that got to do with someone’s “brand”
He doesn’t have a brand , doesn’t have a media channel etc etcWell he is clearly being marketed by the PGA as a peacemaker. He also has sponsors to keep happy and so from that perspective he and every other golfer are a brand
Why does he need a media channel. Has he posted anything ever on social media. If so he has a brand as a sportspersonHe doesn’t have a brand , doesn’t have a media channel etc etc
it’s world of difference between him and BDC

Why doesn't he have a media Channel? Because the pga control their media rights and don't allow it.
Only Jason day thus far has started one because the pga tour have noticed the success of Liv players having that interaction with the next generation of fan via the media of YouTube and are doing more to tap into it.
Byrsons done some fantastic work growing the game via YouTube.
I often see claims about people and organisations growing the game but have yet to see any facts or stats to support such claims.
Sorry. You make a very good point and he just sucked me in to the petty roundabout. Thanks for the heads upLet it go. You're just going round in circles and actually doing the very thing you criticise others for.
Or maybe he doesn’t want a media channel - he doesn’t seem like the person who wants oneWhy doesn't he have a media Channel? Because the pga control their media rights and don't allow it.

I am not criticising any of Bryson's actions but the attraction of them appeals to existing golf enthusiasts, young or old. They succeed in making Bryson more popular with golfers like myself.Watch how the crowds take to Bryson, the views on YouTube .. his handing his golf ball to a kid goes miles in growing the game ..
He's done wonders for the sport since he left the tour
Or maybe he doesn’t want a media channel - he doesn’t seem like the person who wants one
And “growing the game” - is a lazy tag - it’s near impossible to put it down in numbers
Rory being himself could just easily grow the game by just winning yesterday
Rory grows the game because we are an insecure little Island that love waving flags when "one of our own" wins
You beat me to it Amanda!Let it go. You're just going round in circles and actually doing the very thing you criticise others for.
"Insecure little island", what a strange statement!Rory grows the game because we are an insecure little Island that love waving flags when "one of our own" wins
