Cheers Gary, will check that out
I'm convinced I can get lower if I could keep it in play more off the tee.
Don't know if that's delusional or not. I had one round about a month ago where I had my best driving round ever, and it made scoring so much easier it was like another game (
Not when I am the other side of the green I hope.Cheers Gary, will check that out
Just get a better long game - if you hit it closer then you will score lower, no matter how bad you are at chipping and putting. Just look at Rose and Sergio on Sunday - their long games won it for them.
Nice sentiment, but you don't get anywhere without a decent short game
Rubbish - if PGA Pro could hit all your shots for you outside or inside of 100 yards, which would you choose?

Oh I didn't realise it was that simple......I'm on it straight away!!
Right now, inside all day long
Wow - you are deluded!
It is!
You asked me a question, I answered based on my game of which you have no knowledge. Just because I didn't give you the answer you wanted doesn't make me deluded
It's fact not what I want to hear - check out strokes gained in tour - it's all 170 yards plus where the gains are. A good putting week just lets you win!
You're talking about tour players. You asked of I would prefer a Tour pro to hit all my shots from inside or outside 100 yards, which means I'm playing the others. If I hit the long shots and hit 9 GIR and the tour pro hit the others, we would score better than a tour pro hitting 15 GIR and me hitting the others.
No he hits all the shots outside 100 yards. You must be faultless off the tee and with your long irons!!!
I give up
Ok - if you had to have a putting contest or driving contest against a Pro which would you choose (and why)?!
