Nether for me - I work on the parts of my game that didnt perform as I would have liked the last time out in the week and aim for improvement. Then I repeat the cycle. Sometimes there is more to work on than at other times!
But it is what it is and my way of thinking, if not realistic, puts it in the wrong light.
Similar approach here also.
Like everyone I want to do well every round and am a little disappointed if I don't score well but then try to think why and how to approach it a bit different next time.
I recently read Bob Rotella's 'putting out of your mind' and 'golf is not a game of perfect' - helped me put bad shots / putts / days into perspective a bit.
And I really cant wait to get out for my next practice session and/or round so I am guessing a glass half full type fits best.
