As the heading states how are your Competition sheets organised for members?
The weekly medal Comps during the Summer months are added to The Notice Board on a Tuesday 2.5 weeks before the due date. That is fine and people write their names down.
HOWEVER
When the sheets arrive there are alresdy 40/50 names on the sheet as various members know where the sheets are kept and add their names beforehand. Also some members block book with 10 names.
What is your system and how functional is it and what do you think about our system?
