I think the non-use of the terminal is down to Scottish Government / SGU guidelines.

I know we're not using the PSI Terminal. I can only assume it is Covid related.

Marker nomination is optional on the app. If you do nominate a marker’s name, the name is stored on ClubV1 for reference, but nothing else happens.

The worst part is that for General Play rounds the marker is not required and if entered isn't carried forward to the analysis of rounds played - hence no ability to verify the score in the event of a query without a physical card. Not sure the HDID app is fully fit for purpose at present.

From what I have seen of a variety of systems, ClubV1/HDID is the least ready ISV system to replace physical scorecards. The OP's committee seem to be delegating their responsibilities to a system that simply does not have the functionality to do the job.

We are using PSI terminals for score recording. Hand cleanser provided must be applied before doing so.

Does any PSI system enable cards to be eliminated? ie does it provide marker verification and retention?
Do all apps satisfy the test?
