Club Comps HCap divisions

Div 1 = scratch - 12
Div 2 = 13-19
Div 3 = 20-28
Div 4 = 29+

However that is dependant on numbers and sometimes it's just three divisions. I like the fact that top 3 in each division get a share of the overall pot. Honours board pays out top 3 only irrespective of handicap which is as you'd expect as there can only be one overall winner

Div 1, scratch to 12. Div 2, everyone else.

Our Sunday comps have 2 divisions. Up to 14 and 15 and over.
Our midweek stableford only has one division.
We have 2 board comps during the year for 19+. In those weeks division 1 is up to 18 and division 2 is 19 and above.
I honestly dont know if its fair or not, but no one objects.
