Which has a large joining fee and quite high annual membership fees. That's why I didn't recommend it to the OP, because if it met their budget, it's now a good course that is getting better and better.
A new clubhouse and change of hole order is going to make it very impressive, when coupled with all the woodland management and work they're doing to it.

I’m not sure they are aiming for a strong membership, especially if the rumoured lodges go in down the left of the 18th fairway
