World Cup of Golf - is Knox doing the right thing?

Oh well, done and dusted, well done Denmark. Scotland 19th so $35k (£28k) each for Stewart and Knox. Terrible first round followed by 3 good rounds. Will pay for a good few hotel bills for Stewart on European Tour next year, should he struggle.

Hard to fathom the 2 Danes get $1.28 million each for what seems like a quiet time of year bit of a non event, it's not high on any golf fans radar anyway. Professional sport and especially golf does seem to generate silly money for what it is, I thought golf was supposed to be struggling too?

If it was some 4 handicap club wannabe pro golfer then that might be an issue...

England were disappointing in the 3rd round. The money is a weird one but as it's been going for over 50 years it obviously has a place in the golfing calendar even though most pros don't seem interested. Perhaps seeing the money Denmark won they may change their minds. There again....
