As per my Sig too, but a little bit more info:

Driver - TM Stealth HD turn up 2 clicks on the upright setting to 10.5 with a Mitsubishi Chemical Kai'li White 60 (Ave Carry: 260)

3 Wood - Sim Ti turned up one click on the upright setting at 15.7 with a Hzrduz 6.5 RDX Black played at 42.5 length (salvaged a broken driver shaft and made it into a 5 wood shaft - works very well indeed) (240)

3 Hybrid - TM Stealth Plus+ 2 clicks down on the upright setting to 20.5 with a KBS PGI 85 (200)

Irons TM P770 - KBS tour 120 shaft
4i - (177)
5i - (167)
6i - (157)
7i - (147)
8i - (137)
9i - (127)

(found all my yardages in a trackman sim - all irons came out in an odd number but dead on 10 yards per club)
🤷‍♂️

Wedges -
TM P770 PW 46 (120)
TM p770 AW 51 (110)
TM MG3 54.11sb (95) with a PX 6.5 shaft

Putter Odyssey White Hot OG 21 Rossie with a 50g counterweight in the Superstroke GT Pistol 1.0 Grip.

I don't see anything changing anytime soon, but in the summer might add my 58 wedge back into the mix..

Do you not find an issue with the gap between your 3 hybrid and 4 iron being 23 yards? And a 40 yard gap between your 3 wood and 3 hybrid?

Also, average carry of 260 with driver but 7i only carrying 147? The 7 iron is 1 degree stronger than my 8 iron which I carry 150 and I've managed a 260 yard carry with driver once in my life on Trackman, average is around 240 when you include the poor strikes etc.

You either hit your driver incredibly well or your irons incredibly bad. :)

Driver - Callaway Epic Flash (might get changed this year to a Rogue ST if Callaway Preowned have a sale with the loft and shaft I want)
3 Wood - Callaway Rogue ST 3+ (only hit this once for far so not sure it it will stay)
3 & 4 hybrid - Callaway Apex 21
Irons Ping i500 - 5 to PW
50 gap - Vokey SM7 (will be swapped to match the 54 and 58 when Callaway Preowned get one in stock)
54 and 58 - Callaway Jaws Full Toe in black
Putter - Odyssey 2-Ball Ten Tour Lined DB 22

My whole bag is slowly transforming into Callaway due to the bargains on their preowned site.

Interesting lots of people go driver, 3wood then into a hybrid..
I either drop the driver for a 3 wood or go Driver 5 wood or 7 wood , it’s either or not both. This might be just the way my course set’s itself up ..

I think it's because I hit my irons incredibly bad, and my driving is pretty consistent, The thing that's saved most of my rounds lately has been my short game has become somewhat good out of nowhere.

And as for my 3 wood / 3 hybrid gap -- thats just my no stress swing, i can squeeze an extra 30 yards out of both clubs when its needed, but never had a problem or i dont think ive ever said i needed a club between the 3 hybrid/4i or the 3w/3h - for the time being*

I've put my trackman data for my irons there, if you wanna make some kinda sense of it

last autumn did play my 3 wood at 17degrees and turn the 4hybrid up to 23.5deg and i will probably revert back to that in the summer.

I go 3 wood to 3 hybrid as I hit my hybrids well and there was only 4° difference (15 vs 19) but I did find that I wasn't using the 3 wood all that much. I've actually just swapped the 3 wood to a stronger 13.5° one as I'd like to have a lower flight on the 3 wood and have something that will go a bit further into the wind.

During the summer on 2 of the par 5's at my course if I've hit a good drive then I can usually get there with a hybrid so the 3 wood wasn't needed and if I hit a poor drive then it didn't matter as the 3 wood or the hybrid couldn't get there. The other par 5 was typically into the wind and it was rare I could get there in 2 even with the 3 wood.

I've never owned or swung a 5 or 7 wood (unless you count the persimmon one I had as a kid) as I've never needed to try them as I like hybrids.

Your iron speeds are pretty much in line with mine so you must be really consistent with the driver to average 260 carry (I'm guessing your driver will be in the 105-108mph range based on those iron speeds).

Looks like you also cut across your irons with an open face to path so you are adding loft and losing distance. You've probably got a high ball flight with a pull fade as your iron shot.

spot on with the irons, I've been trying to put the ball back a bit in the stance too which I can see an improvement in distance, just need to get out of the habit of coming over the top and having the ball a bit forward

planning a trip to the sim soon, so I can look at some driver data.

thanks for taking the time to check the numbers.

As of now:

Driver - ping g410 plus
4 wood - ping g25
7 wood - ping g400 (bought 2nd hand a couple of months ago, marvellous weapon)
3 hybrid - ping g410

5-pw - srixon zx5 mk ii

50° & 58° - Cleveland rtx 588
54° - vokey sm9

Putter - Cleveland Huntington beach soft #8

The only clubs I’m looking to possibly change are the putter, because it’s not great on off centre hits, would like to try a mallet style. And I’d like to swap in a couple more vokeys when I come across good deals, find them so much nicer to hit and with more spin than the Cleveland’s.
