Who won what this year?

Following on from the handicap change this year, was wondering who has won what this season.

I have had:
Overall club medal win. Nett 70
Division 2nd for Par/Bogey comp. + 4 ocb
Division win Pro Shop Stableford. 37 points ocb
Works Society win - 36 points
Works Society 2nd place - 41 points

Didn't enter any knockouts.

Not too bad a season.

Absolutely nothing at the club…however…I am proud custodian of the H4H trophy…and that’s tops for me.

Won a named Medal at my new club.

A couple of Best Grosses and longest drives. Nowhere near winning anything nett and sadly the club championship they were charging the equivalent of about £75 to enter (and it was my daughter's birthday)

Won a midweek stableford with my best round of the season, gross 70 for 42 points. Got £26 credit for it.

The guy that got the only 2 that week got £41 for it since it had rolled over from the midweek before.

I won the battle with myself over deciding whether or not to give up playing this year. However decision made to give up playing in comps, only played in one this year just to see If I could get my name on the trophy for the third time.

Nothing at the club...got pipped to 2nd place earlier in the year when the 95% rule robbed me of a shot even though I only had 7 to start with...
But, like the Murphy's, I'm not bitter.....
I have won 3 Society days this year which is decent and I'm leading the league going into the last round next month....
I haven't turned in particularly consistent golf in the comps this year.....need to sort that for next year.

This season I did not win any weekend comps. A couple of midweek stablefords.
What I did win, though, was the Seniors Singles Knockout.
This completes the full set for me of MatchPlay titles at our club. Singles, Pairs, Mixed Pairs, Senior Singles and Senior Pairs.
Probably unique at our club.

Won Seniors Betterball. Me and partner get to represent club in county seniors foursomes knockout next year.

Several second places and a couple of lowest grosses in the weekly medals. Pro-shop credit.
In the 3-way tie for first place in the six-month long eclectic in those as well.

3 nearest the pin prizes. One was at Heysham golf club playing with old clubs.

Loads of pro-shop credit for 2s sweeps in club comps.

In the process of getting a brand new driver with pro-shop credit only. That's a win.

A monthly medal. Got me into the monthly medal final. Played injured and had to call it a day after 6. The comp got cancelled two holes later due to a flooded course. Couldn't play the rescheduled comp the following week. Sad end to the season.
