Why is it you think they would be protesting

Trump isn’t a universally liked person for many actions that he has done in the past

He isn’t some innocent bystander that people are just picking on - it’s not just because of some dislike they have

We can’t and won’t go into it because its political but we all know the issues

The point that a few have made is Trump himself will also make sure the event is about him - regardless of what others do

He is an egomaniac and the Open is a perfect platform for him

Trump is part of the issue

They will be protesting, because they are the type of people who always protest about anything and everything. It's like a job to them. Trump wouldn't get the chance to make it about him, because protesters would have done that already before he's done anything. That's my whole point.

Most golfers don't care and want to watch the best golf on the best courses. That's why I'd play Turnberry or Trump International tomorrow if I had a chance. I don't care about the politics. Neither does the Legends and DP World Tours by the looks of things. Donald Trump Jr presented the trophy at the Seniors event last year.

So with actions against females in mind, why would any event be held in the Middle East? I just want to see the best golf player by the best players on the best courses.
