Good showing from the team. Hold heads high against the best team in the world .. hit post and then Summerville at the end almost grabbing one

Plenty of positives for games where you don't play city lol

Staggering that Lukaku is the second highest player combined fees

Anderlecht to Chelsea (2011): €15 million

Chelsea to Everton (2014): €35.4 million

Everton to Manchester United (2017): €84.7 million

Manchester United to Inter Milan (2019): €74 million

Inter Milan to Chelsea (2021): €113 million

Chelsea to Napoli (2024): €30 million

113mil ( Euros ) To Chelsea ?! - 26 Prem Games - 8 goals

That must be close to the biggest waste of money paid out

@Arthur Wedge I think you'll find he was a great buy for Everton. We got him scoring and made a £50m profit on him. What's not to love about that 😄

Interesting to see how few of the above were genuine successes after their transfers. Ronaldo definitely. De Ligt fine, Mbappe still to be proved outside France but I'm expecting a success. The rest, not really.

Looking through his stats

Everton move was good

Man Utd move 50:50

Inter move - success

Chelsea move - flop

And looking at the other players

Well Neymar did well at Barcelona but ok at PSG and no idea about Saudi

Ronaldo clearly success each move

Morata - done well at each club bar one - Chelsea

De ligt - not really done much and been bounce round

Felix - flop

Griezmann- poor move to Barcelona

Dembele- flop

Coutinho - flop

Mbappe - did ok at PSG

Imo

I'd still take Lukaku even now. Think he is exactly what would suit

Watching MOTD this morning and Lego head saying they Veltman should be sent off for kicking Rice 😮😮

It’s a clear yellow for Rice for trying to stop the quick free kick and kicking the ball away

It’s not a red card for the offence - it’s a yellow card

Arteta should be speaking to Rice and not blaming the ref for that incident

But - refs need to show consistency , Pedro should have been given a yellow for him kicking the ball away after the whistle as well

They need to sort the restricted view out from the Gunners dugout, Wenger had the same problem seeing things.

He was right though with Pedro kicking the ball away.

Agree 100%. Not helped with Linekar saying the game's gone mad and that's never a red card - it wasn't you twit it was (rightly) a yellow.

Having watched it a number of times Rice did very little, he got up and walked away, he did not block the free kick, it was a joke, I do not want any player even a Liverpool player red carded for that sort of rubbish. Your comment is poo9r and laced with tinted glasses and league positions and not the reality of what occured.

Another comment based on supporting a top team and not the reality of watching football. Would you agree or be happy with any City player being sent off for that rubbish. it's a game of football not this pathetic stuff, really, you must have been watching foiotballf or years, it's nothing we want any player being sent off for, get those blue glasses off and look at football in general. Absolute joke.

Woah settle down there cowboy. You're so far off the mark - think you need to take whatever glasses you've got on off and fast!

It was a yellow card offence - the guy went to take a quick free kick , rice kicked the ball away , it’s as clear a yellow as you can get

Na sorry it's what Lego head is about. Watching his team arsenal have become proper snide. Dark arts. He rolls players back onto the pitch when injured to get the treatment to stop the game.. little clever kicking the ball away

The ref just was wise to him today.
