Staggering - the club will never learn
I want to say why but I’ve given up trying to understand Chelsea senior management

So apparently Poch is leaving Chelsea.
Dread to think who his replacement will be.
That club is a basket case. He's had 11 months, a mess of a squad, but got them working 2nd half of the season. Progress was clear to see. Bizarre. So apparently Poch is leaving Chelsea.

Is this an opportunity for Utd? Get rid of ETH after the cup final, bring him in?
With Klopp and Hendo gone you will be struggling to complain.

Surely Chelsea will want De Zerbi? They love an ex Brighton man.Rumours are that Utd are in for De Zerbi ................................... oh, how I hope not!
So perhaps Liverpool and Klopp did the right thing, by coming clean early on an getting the new man sorted and in place before the great merry-go-round fires up...which many must have known about. The managerial merry-go-round is going to be very complicated this summer.
Might save people getting offended & their knickers in a twist. With Klopp and Hendo gone you will be struggling to complain.
They can have de Zerbi,if we can have Poch .Surely Chelsea will want De Zerbi? They love an ex Brighton man.
Or were they premature, and will a better manager have come available had they waited? So perhaps Liverpool and Klopp did the right thing, by coming clean early on an getting the new man sorted and in place before the great merry-go-round fires up...which many must have known about.
And maybe the wheels wouldn’t have fallen offOr were they premature, and will a better manager have come available had they waited?

Not really sure what you’d gain from make the announcement so early tbh.I’ve seen this a number of times in business. A manager often gives 3 months notice, 6 months occasionally. Some of their employees lose focus, feel a bit insecure over the change or even look to move on themselves. It’s bad practice to announce leaving too soon, especially in the middle of a busy trading period - season in this instance. Typically, a business will employ a specific Change Manager to manage the process.
Personally, I think Liverpool made a big error in announcing his departure when they did.

It just made the rest of the season all about him.
