Slow Play - finally a penalty

Seems Ross Fisher has picked up a 1 shot penalty for slow play in the final round of the Welsh Open, nice to see the final group on the clock and action being taken, not quite sure how Jaidee has survived though

they keep going on about Parrimor (sp?) being upset about applying a slow play penalty - does he get upset when he applies any of the other rules and issues out penalties?

Placing on fairways is fair enough, but lining up and ensuring it is on an exact spot is taking the hit and miss. Talking with your caddy for that long too!!!!!!!
Fully deserved penalty.
Get on with the game guys, please.

Interesting Jaidee didnt play first there out of sand but let the other 2 putt, clerarly a case of not ready and fearful i think
