Well…That…Was…Epic

Bob looked out of sorts. Not sure we’ll see him tomorrow - though ‘dropping‘ him for a day could be a huge blow,to,his confidence, and he’ll still be needed on Sunday.

Americans claiming there's Covid in the locker room, at least they'll be taking something back across the pond with them on Sunday...

On holiday at the moment, current standings look good.
Any truth in the rumours that the Americans have been poisoned?

I thought JT justified his place today...didn't do much wrong.

He was one of their better players, but still - shouldn't he be celebrating a much needed win for the USA tonight - they threw away a winning position from 2 up with a few holes to play.

Rory and Fitz's match was never in doubt but the other three were essentially chucked away by team USA - plenty of people on the thread were commenting that the afternoon looked like it could go 3-1 to the Americans - it looked like that to me at one point.

I think they have some windex to rub on it, they'll be OK.

If Covid, maybe they will call off the weekend matches, declare this year void, and reschedule to next year. The weak after the Solheim. Knock-on effect, a 2025 Solheim.
Or, since previous protocol was any players unable to play were paired off with an opponent who stood down, so chances of any comeback would be hampered by the number of matches voided, but a result declared this year at least.

Personally I was worried about Lowry & Straka in the morning, and Rose & Mac in the afternoon - so 1.5 points, brilliant.

Guess Luke was duty bound to stick with the foresomes pairs. Be interesting to see if he sticks to what he says and rests the big names in the afternoon - which could risk a momentum shift.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Hovland & Rahm playing 5.

What about if a spaceship lands on the course?😁😁
