Rory and his new driver

If you don't have an M1 or an M2 you are playing at a disadvantage. I do think they give a competitive advantage over all the drivers out there.

And no I do not work for Taylor Made, this is from my own experience testing drivers and seeing stats.

I have tried both the M1 and M2 and it gave me no real difference to what I'm using right now - I'm certainly not playing at a disadvantage by not using one

no real difference or only a couple yards not worth the money? because in that case Dasit would be right that they are the best on the market basically and produce best results consistently

Interesting to see how many "contract free" Nike payers have put the M1/2 clubs in their bags.

Plenty of others also playing these with various other manufacturers head covers

No real difference

Tried a callaway BB with an Accra shaft - was outperforming both the M1 and M2

A driver as with all clubs will only perform as well as the person swinging the club

They maybe produce better results for Dasit but they may produce worst results for someone else

That's very generic statements of best in the market are very subjective

Very true, However from what I hear its one of the most forgiving drivers ever made (ive only just put one in the bag not seen the results yet) and if your swing is imperfect like most are it might help get the best out of you

your right though if your off 5 or something with a lovely swing you can pretty much hit anything and something might suit you better

Because they look different to everyone else. In a world of black headed drivers TM drivers stand out. They are immediately identifiable. Oh, they look cool in white as well :D

Different tastes etc. It does make them different though. A bit like Cobra bringing out some orange and blue headed drivers, Nike the red Coverts. It gives the brand identity in a crowded market.

Ironically that is why I got rid of mine after only a couple of weeks.

Never liked the look but thought I could overcome that. However, after a few rounds I could no longer bear to look down at it at address.

Looks will always be a personal thing in regards a club - the white driver seems to have been a popular introduction and has worked well for a lot of people but as with everything not everyone will like them

The white/black mix is good....however, there is a certain place in heaven for this:
