The wife/gf/fiance/partner etc

It goes back to British sitcoms from the 70's and 80's (happy to be corrected if it was even earlier)Thanks. We often use something similar, "she who must be obeyed", but don't have an acronym for it yet.
I'm off to Portugal on Tuesday. The weather forecast is poor, but that in itself is not my irritation, the weather forecast for here whilst I'm gone is excellent.![]()
Played golf whilst we were away with someone who was a soft fruit importer into the UK. He said that the weather over the past 3 winters on the southern coast of Spain up to the Portuguese border has been an absolute disaster with heavy rains and cold temperatures meaning they have had 3 successive almost total crop failures. It has been ruinous for their industry. We have had friends repeatedly abandoning golf holidays due to the courses being shut.Weather in Portugal has not been great now for several weeks, sadly.

I always thought it meant 'she who must be obeyed'
