Random Irritations

Turned to the ‘Laughter - the best medicine’ thread for the latest input, as I do each morning, but shock and horror - no new joke.

As a once famous domestic operator once inappropriately said ‘Let’s be having you!’

To be fair, I'm getting a bit twitchy about posting much more on that thread.
Too many people have a different sense of humour to me and I, therefore, keep getting into trouble.

The arthritis is having a great time this week. Can’t even put my socks on the last two days, and it’s too cold for sandals.
Sounds to me you need some furry crocs Brian.
I have a number for an expert if you need it mate.
Bonus is buy one pair and get a free pair of speedos chucked in.
2 pairs if you have facial hair 🤣

I have a pair of these... They're amazing no socks required just toastie warm toes..

I literally live in my crocs all year round so nice to have them on when i'm not having to wear boots.

You think you know someone 🤔.
My lot wear them constantly.
It’s first thing on Xmas list every year.
I'm an Enigma what can I say 😂
The only one that refuses to wear them is my son as they're not cool! My daughters all love them, Mrs M and my Oldest all said they're terrible so I bought them both a pair last Christmas now they own several pairs in different colours and live in them😂

I also used to say the holes were there to allow your dignity to escape in shame, then I wore a pair now I literally would wear them everywhere if I was allowed to..

I hop you don't adopt the fashion of wearing two different colour crocs?
It's a thing apparently.
Looks bluddy stupid! 🤥

I use a pair of Crocs as slippers at home - not the fluffy kind, the regular ones. I always hated slippers because they made my feet feel sweaty and clammy, but I can't walk around on our hard floors without footwear on for too long as it brings the plantar fasciitis back. So the Crocs have been perfect. Very comfortable and easy to slide on and off. I also took them on holiday to wear around the pool and so on, but other than that I never wear them outside of the house so I don't have to worry what other people's opinions of them are.

That's how I started off with mine, but I genuinely couldn't give a toss what others opinions are of them or me so they get work everywhere including out of the house

I've never been one for wearing sandals outside let alone Crocs, so I'm happy to keep mine as indoor slippers and hopefully they'll last longer as a bonus. As I mentioned, on holiday it made sense, but in England when it's warm I'm still a socks and trainers guy.
