How do you reckon that?. I doubt that Dash cam evidence is really offered to Police unless the offerer has considered themselves well and truly hard done by another’s driving, e.g. been involved in accident considered to be other persons fault, or something dangerous to the offerer.
So hardly “ snitching”.
And such behaviour being committed in front of marked Police cars is relatively rare.
However, traffic patrols had a preventative effect, and it’s true that their absence now being known has emboldened lower standards of driving.

Everything is done by cameras now!
That’s the reason you don’t see any police.

Feel that we have similar issues - too many bosses/supervisors, not enough people to do the work. Bureaucracy!

Exactly. We had a bin next to a wee kiddie’s swing park. People filled it quickly and then others just kept depositing poo bags on top of the bin. It wasn’t even meant to be a poo bin! Builder took it away as there were so many complaints.

East Lothian Council do a great job emptying these bins.

I live in East Herts. Looking after bins in parks is something that the local authority has contracted out to a private company that seems to wait to empty until people report them overflowing.

Exactly. If you can carry the item when it is full, you can certainly carry the empty wrapper.

Its either that, or the wind has blown them there.
