This thread turning into "What Car?"
I agree with some of that view, however the consumer also has a lot to answer for.Local councils and their attitudes towards farmers
Whilst Jeremy Clarkson is a bit of a clown his program has highlighted so many issues that farmers face in trying to survive
I’m only on season two still and it’s clear he is trying to help local farmers and community but it’s staggering the amount of battles and red tape they put up
I never saw them do that! You have to wonder how they even managed to steer a car in a straight line.
Screen wash cracking in the boot - car smells![]()
Saw Hamilton tonight got bored not a fan of musicals but misses enjoyed it.
What annoyed me most was people that can’t live without a phone in their hands.
Couple next to us was on their phones right up to start of show and the woman was playing something that my 10 year old granddaughter would play
Half time the amount of people that got their phones out was ridiculous
I don't think anything can beat a milk spillProbably smells better than when a bottle of milk broke in my car one summer, many years ago.

He's not training to be a Premier league footballer, is he?Out walking the dog tonight....he's old and slow and his back legs are beginning to fail him, as well as having several other "old man" issues.
50 yards from home on a short walk he slumps down on a grassy patch and refuses to move any further. I give him ten minutes rest and then encourage him to perhaps try moving....nothing...just looked at me like I'm an idiot for asking. After another 10 minutes i ring the wife and ask if she can bring him a bowl of water which she duly does. Another ten minutes pass and the dog absolutely refuses to even attempt to try to get up. I leave the wife with the dog to go and get the car.
With the help of a large towel under his belly we manage to lift him into the boot...all the time he is doing his best to do an impression of a 35kg dead weight (which to be fair is what he is).
We get him home, lift him out of the car, put him down on his bed....
....and he gets straight back up, out of the kitchen door and RUNS down the garden!!!

This is a heart gladdening story, reading it I was worried it was going to have a sad endingOut walking the dog tonight....he's old and slow and his back legs are beginning to fail him, as well as having several other "old man" issues.

Wow - are you kidding? He started off as Mr. woodentop and turned into an egotistical smug prat who thought that the world wanted to listen to his rantings outside of sport.…all those feeling pleased with themselves with Gary Linekar now finished presenting MotD. Pathetic that there is such pettiness in society today that results in public service broadcasting losing one of its very best ever sports presenters in this way. And if that sounds angry it’s because I am. So thank you Gary…you have been brilliant, and will continue to be so.
