Neilds is correct - it's all about the chair. However, anyone that didn't have the relevant space in their house wasn't able to take up the home based contract and had to stay of the office based contract (which was a flexible contract). However, covid hit 2 years later and since then, they haven't been doing home checks, so probably are more people working from home on less than ideal chair/desk combos.
Oh right. While I do use my dining table, I did actually get an office-style chair as opposed to using a dining table chair.
