This with knobs on. I have no axe with Hamilton per se, just don't be a hypocrite. I think McIlroy made comment a while back about golf trying to be green and I nearly sprayed my cup of tea over the computer.

If you travel the world constantly you are a polluter. If you travel the world in an elite style then you are worse. At that point, keep your head down, don't attempt to claim green credentials or attempt to empathise with green causes. You are a major part of the problem, don't pretend otherwise.

If you believe he paid 45% tax in the UK off his 45m ish earnings you are living in cloud cookoo land. That journalist assumed as what PAYE he would pay.... but he doesn't pay normal tax over here and only on 1 race out of 20 or so. So most of his earnings are nit taxable in the UK. He is living in tax dodger paradise and even tried to dodge other vat taxes on his environmentally friendly plane etc.

The ticket guard came to check tickets and it bounced and he said we have to buy a new ticket. He had us getting off at the next station, coming back to our seats making sure we got off. Now, that was a tiny station in the middle of nowhere, and I’m guessing he can recite the train times in this line in his sleep, so he would’ve known that the next train didn’t actually stop where he had us getting off.

As we’re standing on the platform we can see our actual train to Hastings pass by as we had to wait to go back towards London again in order to get another train.

Spoke to platform staff as we got back to the station where we could catch the next one and they made sure we wouldn’t have an issue again, despite us now having missed our actual train. They also told us to send a complaint to the company.

He’ll pay tax on anything he earns here, same as all of the other drivers. And they will all pay the taxes due in the other countries they race in.

Do you pay more tax than you need to?

I'm sure nobody would increase their charity donations / avcs to lower their tax bill

Sure nobody ever puts things through as a business expense when it's something for the house

All whilst moaning taxes wasted on lazy benefit scroungers 😂
