If it is a new boiler, is it not up to the installer to sort this?My new boiler not connecting to the WiFi so we can’t use the app
Tried everything recommended on the internet, splitting the 2.4ghz and 5ghz signals so I can select the 2.4ghz WiFi, made sure the router is set to DHCP etc, I even added a WiFi extender at the weekend and it wouldn’t even connect to that. Only two options I believe are to try and connect to a WiFi hotspot on my other phone or set up another router using an Ethernet connection from the virgin hub.
