Random Irritations

Check on those two, I’m desperately trying to source a battery powered fan for inside the tent 😱
The missus bought a rechargeable fan from John Lewis. last up to 9 hours on a single charge, has a handy stand, and is cheap as chips at £12

One of them and a powerbank might do the job for you?

Living in Lincoln, that isn't uncommon for me. Especially if I need to travel east

Some times drivers need to read up on the advice I have seen.

If the road in front of you is completely clear and there are a large number of vehicles behind you then you are the problem.

I do see a lot of similar driving locally but you can normally get past within a reasonable distance but having to follow for about 20miles is a totally different matter.

The A46 goes past the village I work in. On the village facebook page, there are quite a number of people who preach that the speed limit on that section of the A46 is 30mph. Why? Because it has lighting (given the junctions into the village are there). They completely fail to recognize the national speed limit sign on that section of the road. Where is it located? On one of the lighting columns.

US commentators of football. Especially when they try and copy South American commentators when a goal is scored, and scream goaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal for about one minute, which is also incredibly annoying
Flippin eck, 😳 have they not heard of VAR.

Away for the night and the hotel didn't have Aircon on what has probably been the hottest night of the year. Felt like sleeping in a sauna. We probably had about two hours sleep.

I fear this, gender reveals, baby showers, multiple stag / hen events instead of one, are all things I'm destined never to get my head around 🤷🏻

I refuse to accept the term "mini moon" for people who refuse to accept that a honeymoon is the first holiday as a married couple and not just a chance to show off and you don't want to admit a weekend in bogna was your honeymoon

Also a staycation is NOT a holiday in England. That's a holiday. Always has been , a staycation is staying at home and then eating out / day trips for a week instead of going away .

Fell asleep waiting for Tommy to finish woke up to the Dr ringing back. Because of twins age limited to what can do over phone so 111 called and now down urgent treatment waiting to be seen by the Dr.

Shes wide awake now I could happily nap

Well we home before 3am. Not awful, frustrating that the GP line could have just given the same thing as it's still just antibiotics so really just wasted 3 hours time but they have to be careful so accept that. Just less sleep for the house.

Knackered now lol time for bed
