It's frustrating because I am really diligent about keeping to speed limits...at times irritatingly so for other drivers I am sure. Just this time I was a bit tired and looking for the correct turning...and I was unsure.

I’ve been done for doing 33 in a 30 before now, it’s still speeding, even if in reality it’s a lack of concentration.
If they offer the course take it, yes it costs £100. Most are done online via a Teams meeting, the points would also attract a £100 fine so you are stuffed either way.
Time to stop whingeing, accept it and move on. Coz to do otherwise might be irritating

Much of the benefit I got from my awareness course was through the personal face to face interaction between the rest of the group. Cant imagine it being the same via a web based meeting.

I’ve done both, (several years apart) the online one was fine, the instructor made sure everyone was involved ,
Happily do either format if ever I get done by the rozzers in the future

I was given the choice just last week, I went for course in a local hotel.
I go in June.

Thank the lord you only got done for speeding then and didn’t cause an accident!
Everyone I know who has been on a speeding course has had a man above 60 years old who was wrongly caught speeding and disagrees with everything the instructor says. It’s so common I presume they are employed actors planted to show everyone else how not to behave like a bell end.
