He does and kind of likes to appear cool and laid back about it all...tries a little too hard perhaps.

not uncommon by the sounds of it, my wife tried to transfer one lot of a fund to another. sent it at the end of Nov still not arrived in the correct account. gets fobbed of with them saying it will be any day.

Just wish I could get that far! Still trying to get both companies to send each other the right paperwork

That would explain it. It was a Wilson ad and I had been looking at second hand Wilson golf clubs.
