If you're looking for sympathy there's a chance you might not find much here......We dropped to 23* when I went to range at 6.30 this morning, it was baltic! We're at 25 now but it feels like 10
You don't like them?My daughter, son in law and granddaughter are coming up to see us this weekend. Not seen them for a few months so can't wait.
I mean I can't wait to see them. They live in Surrey, we live in East Kilbride so we don't get the chance to get together as much as we would like. That's modern living and moving to work for you.You don't like them?

What is the material you are painting? From memory Hammerite is meant for painting metalThe wife wants me to re- paint the tops of of our 2 keter storage boxes, AGAIN.
Last year I relented and painted them with Hammerite ( wild thyme ).
The wrong paint I think, now it's peeling off.
Any advice on what to use to repaint with a different make and slightly different shade.
Do I need to completely remove old paint. Or just rub it down and paint.
What no DVD player either? My ex bought me the latest Kate Bush CD. And, at the time, we didn't have a CD player. I got the hint. That CD cost me a lot of money for a new stereo system.
Hammerite do a 'Special Metals Primer' (that is the actual name of the product) that we use for priming galvanised tubes. What is the material you are painting? From memory Hammerite is meant for painting metal
If it is galvanised you have to strip off all the old paint and then use the appropriate primer* (look at the peeling paint on lots of garage doors just overpainted)
*Not done it in many years but it used to be calcium plumbate.
If it is anything like mine, they are plastic so no need to paint. What is the material you are painting? From memory Hammerite is meant for painting metal
