I've got very little interest in EVs as at present they aren't suitable for me to get one. The range plummets if you tow, and we have a trailer for Mrs Colch's work and a caravan for holidays with the kids, and they're too expensive. No point in me being interested in them when there's no chance of me getting one in the next few years.

Totally agree. Lady was beside herself today when I stood up and offered her my seat on a packed train. I said "my mum would be mortified if I hadn't. And it would be bed and no tea".
My mum is 83 and I'm 62,by the way!
But seriously, I've seen people my mum's age being forced to stand while people, younger, fitter and usually fatter sit down oblivious.
I think it dreadful

I love this one, especially if they then do a selfie of themselves with the equipment as a backdrop. I’ve even seen someone do that and then repeat on the next bit of kit. My perverse imagination wondered if the photos were for his wife as he didn’t stay long - an alibi before he went off to meet his girlfriend?

My wife gave up on going to a gym recently with this being a key factor. She had her circuit but kept being held up by people machine blocking in this way. She reckoned half of the people there didn't actually do more than a few minutes of exercise but by simply being in the room they could say that they had 'been to the gym.' Whether that was to tell their friends or to kid themselves .

We can't refer to them as brainless vandals.

People at first thought they had a cause. They don't. These guys are just anarchists who have jumped on a situation to cause trouble.

One idiot cut down traffic lights and some poor 6 year old girl was involved in an accident because of that idiots actions.

Hope he/she is caught and thrown in jail.
